Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry rice
1 can beef consomme
4 pork chops, browned
1 can onion rings
Preparation

Place the dry rice in small casserole.
Mix in the consomme. Place the browned pork chops on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
Five minutes before baking is complete, spread the onion rings on top and bake for remaining time, uncovered.
Serves 4.
