Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large angel food cake, crumbled
    1/2 c. cold water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    16 oz. Cool Whip
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in cold water.
    Add boiling water.
    Stir well.
    Add sugar and lemon juice, stir well.
    Add pineapple with juice.
    Stir and chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in 3/4 of the Cool Whip.
