Lemony Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 (15 oz.) nonfat Ricotta cheese
4 oz. light Philadelphia Neufchatel cheese
1 (8 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
1 tub lemonade Crystal Light drink mix
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. thawed Cool Whip lite topping
Preparation

Crush cookies.
Mix crumbs of cookies, cinnamon and margarine in small bowl.
Press into bottom and about 1 1/2 to 2-inches up sides of 8-inch spring-form pan.
Refrigerate.
