Rice And Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. regular rice (not Minute rice)
    1 small onion
    1 c. celery, precooked in 2 c. water (save water for casserole)
    1 can cream of chicken/cream of celery soup (combination soup)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    3 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Bring the rice to a boil, then let simmer.
    Brown hamburger, onion and add celery.
    Add soups, brown sugar, soy sauce and two cups of celery water.
    Mix together and put in casserole, covered, at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
