White House Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Idaho baking potatoes
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    4 pats butter
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 scallion, diced very fine
    melted butter
    salt and paprika
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in a 400\u00b0 oven until tender, about 1 hour.
    Cut potatoes in half while still hot.
    Remove the pulp.
    Salt to taste.
    Add horseradish, butter, sour cream and scallion.
    Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Return to shell, top with melted butter and cover with paprika just before reheating potatoes in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
