1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pkg. pitted dates, diced
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Pour
this
batter
into
a
buttered
pan
(about
8 x 8-inch).
Cover
with a mixture of 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 cups boiling water.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until light brown.
