Jalapeno Pimento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. minced canned jalapeno peppers
    2 jars (4 oz. each) chopped pimentos
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serve with crackers or use to stuff celery.
    Makes 15 to 20 servings.
