Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. salad oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

In large bowl with fork, mix flour, sugar, walnuts, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, with fork, beat eggs.
Stir in oil, zucchini and lemon peel.
Stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened.
Spread batter evenly in pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
