Pineapple Angel Food Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) carton lite Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) carton fat-free sour cream
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 large can pineapple tidbits (save juice)
    3 c. 2% milk
    1 angel food cake
Preparation
    Combine pudding mixes and milk.
    Blend for 2 minutes or until thickened.
    Add pineapple tidbits, sour cream and 1/2 cup juice. Tear 1/3 of angel food cake and put in trifle bowl.
    Add 1 to 2 teaspoons juice over cake to moisten.
    Pour pudding mixture over angel food cake.
    Alternate this cake and pudding mixture.
    Add Cool Whip on top just before serving.
