Cranberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 can whole cranberry sauce or plain smooth cranberry sauce
    1 medium can pineapple tidbits or crushed (save juice)
    1 c. very finely chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O with 1 cup of hot water until completely dissolved. Add pineapple juice and cranberry sauce. Stir. Chill 45 minutes. Stir in the pineapple, celery and nuts. Chill until set and serve. Makes about 1 large Tupperware mold. Place on leaf of lettuce and serve with Cool Whip.
