Gold Angel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks light; add water and beat.
    Add sugar and beat. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and stir into egg yolk mixture; add vanilla.
