Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter, add flour and stir to blend.
Add cold milk slowly.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese melts.
Serve hot over vegetables.
