Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 box gelatin (strawberry or raspberry)
1 small box yellow cake mix
1 c. water
butter
Preparation

Mix rhubarb, sugar and gelatin into 8 x 11-inch baking dish. Spread dry cake mix over rhubarb.
Pour water over top.
Dot with butter.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot or cold.
