Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 potatoes
3/4 stick margarine, melted
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 c. green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Boil potatoes in skins.
Cool, peel and shred.
Mix all ingredients, except sour cream.
Fold in sour cream last.
Pour into buttered or sprayed casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
