Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 carton large size Cool Whip
2 boxes (3 oz. pkg.) lemon/chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 chocolate candy bar
Preparation

Cream together flour and stick of butter.
Add pecans and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 (don't brown). Cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread on first mixture.
Mix boxes of pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese.
Add remaining Cool Whip on top.
Grate a chocolate candy bar over top, if desired.
