Spinach Suprize - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 (6 oz.) rolls cheese with pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain, keeping 1 cup of liquid.
    Set spinach aside.
    Melt butter; add onion and saute.
    Add flour, milk and 1 cup liquid from spinach.
    Cut cheese into cubes and add last 3 ingredients and spinach.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10.
