Baked Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 heads garlic
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Remove the papery outer skins from the garlic, leaving the cloves intact.
    Arrange the heads in a baking dish just large enough to hold them.
    Add oil and chicken stock to dish and set in the middle of the oven.
    Bake 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes or so until golden brown.
    Serve immediately. Squeeze on French bread or Melba toast.
    Serves 4.
