Pomanders - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 oranges
whole cloves
1/4 c. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. cloves
1/4 c. powdered orrisroot
1/8 ___ ground allspice
1/8 c. nutmeg
Preparation

Stud fruit with whole cloves, leaving enough space between some rows for ribbon for hanging.
After all cloves are in, combine spices and roll pomander in spices.
Keep pomanders in the spice filled bowl in a warm dry place.
Lasts 1 week.
