Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. Karo syrup (light)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Boil brown sugar, Karo syrup and margarine for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
    While waiting, spray brown paper bag with Pam and put corn in.
    When mixture is done cooking, take out of microwave and add vanilla and baking soda.
    Stir until foamy.
    Pour over corn. Close bag and shake to coat.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
    Take out and shake.
    Return to microwave.
    Cook 30 seconds.
    Again, take out and shake.
    Cook 30 seconds more.
    Shake.
    Pour out on waxed paper and let cool.
