Spinach Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 finely chopped onion
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. fresh bread crumbs
    4 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place spinach in bowl; wring out all water until dry.
    Set aside.
    Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet on medium heat.
    Add onion and mushrooms; saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and set aside.
    Place sour cream, bread crumbs and eggs in bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater.
    On speed 4, beat 30 seconds.
    Add spinach, onion, mushrooms, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, basil and oregano.
    On speed 2, mix 30 seconds, until combined.
