Crunchy Rice Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. long grain and wild rice mix
    1/4 c. margarine
    8 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    2 oz. jar chopped pimento, drained
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Continue cooking until butter is melted and vegetables are heated through.
