Double Crunchie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Cream together next 5 ingredients Mix together dry and creamed ingredients Add corn flakes, oats and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Shape into small balls and flatten onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Cool on racks.
