Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. can pumpkin
3 Tbsp. molasses
2 (5 oz.) cans evaporated milk
2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix filling in a large bowl until smooth.
Put in pie shells.
Bake 55 minutes.
Let cool on wire rack until cool.
Garnish with Cool Whip, if desired.
