Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French green beans
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 stick margarine
1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain beans and corn.
Mix all ingredients except margarine and crackers.
Place in greased casserole that you have sprayed with cooking oil.
Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs and place on top.
Cook 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Recipe can be doubled for a large casserole dish.
