Picnic Barbecues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 bottle chili sauce
Preparation
    Melt shortening in skillet.
    Add beef, celery and onion. Brown, stirring often.
    Turn burner to low and add chili sauce and salt.
    Simmer for about 1/2 hour.
