Vegetable Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower
    3 zucchini, sliced
    1 lb. peas
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
    1 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Chop and mash vegetables.
    Fry onion and spices.
    Add cauliflower and potatoes.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add peas and zucchini.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Serve over brown rice.
    Serves 8.
