Cheese Custard Pie(Switzerland) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8-inch) baked pie crust (at least 2 inches deep)
1 3/4 c. milk or cream
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. grated onion
few grains cayenne
Preparation

When pie crust is cool, brush with egg white.
Scald milk or cream.
Reduce heat and add grated cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted, then add salt, paprika, onion and cayenne pepper.
Remove mixture from heat and beat in 3 eggs, one at a time.
Fill pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 in a preheated oven until firm (about 45 minutes).
