Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl, then add wet ingredients.
    Stir (do not beat).
    Bake in 3 layers in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool thoroughly.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
