Skinny Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 pkg. Equal
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1 can French-style green beans
Preparation
    Brown beef or turkey and onion with salt. Drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
    A very good diet meal.
