Ingredients
- 
                            16 oz. sliced beets
 
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. flour
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. beet juice
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
- 
                            In medium saucepan, add sugar and flour; mix.
 
Add vinegar and beet juice.
Stir over medium heat until thick.
Add butter; stir to melt.
Add beets (drained).
Stir and simmer until done.
Add salt, if desired.
