Quick Dinner Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar 4-Bean Salad
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    pinch of ground hot red pepper
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, diced
    1 to 2 tsp. vinegar
    lettuce leaves
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
    8 oz sliced roast beef
Preparation
    Prepare rice following package directions.
    Drain bean salad, reserving 1/2 cup marinade.
    For dressing, combine reserved marinade, oil, salt, black and red peppers.
    Combine drained bean salad, rice, onion and cheese in bowl.
    Add dressing and vinegar. Refrigerate.
