Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in water and place over direct heat.
    Add egg yolks and stir until thick. Cool 3 minutes and add lemon juice.
    Can cover with meringue and bake at 325\u00b0
    until slightly brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
