Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. shredded coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
baked pie shell
toasted coconut
whipped cream
Preparation
-
Combine sugar, milk, flour and beaten eggs and cook until thickened.
Take from stove; add butter, coconut and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell.
Cover top with toasted coconut and whipped cream.
