Ma'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    In large bowl, add ingredients in sequence, mixing well after each addition.
    Pour into two 9-inch pie-crust filled pie tins. Bake on top shelf at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Bake on middle shelf at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Pies are done when tip of knife comes out fairly smooth.
