Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour (plain)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. finely grated carrots or 1 junior jar baby food (carrot)
Preparation
    Sift and mix dry ingredients.
    Add oil and mix well (will be thick).
    Add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each addition.
    Mix in carrots.
    Pour in 3 (8-inch) pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
