Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed (red or white)
    1/4 c. chopped onion (green or yellow)
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained (optional)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Boil potatoes 10 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain and let cool.
    Combine potatoes, onions and pimento in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
    Add to potato mixture, tossing gently to coat.
    Cover and chill.
    Serves 4.
