Layered Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head lettuce, shredded
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 c. green onions, thinly sliced
2 c. cubed chicken
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

In a small bowl mix ingredients together.
Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over peas.
Cover dish and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
