Meaty Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 c. milk, scalded
    4 wieners, sliced
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water until tender; mash.
    Do not drain. Melt oleo.
    Add onion.
    Cook until golden.
    Add flour and blend. Add seasonings, milk and potatoes.
    Cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
    Add wieners.
    Serves 6.
