Gourmet Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. beef broth
    2 small onions
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms, onions and rice in butter for 5 minutes. Place mixture into casserole dish.
    Add broth and salt.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
