Bacon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. bacon
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp; drain and crumble.
Mix 1/2 of cheese, onion and bacon with other ingredients.
Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch square or 9-inch round cake pan.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese, onion and bacon.
Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Serve warm.
