Chili Rellano Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans whole Ortega chilies, rinsed and cleaned
    1 c. grated Jack cheese
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Lightly grease a deep baking dish.
    Add a layer of whole chilies, layer of Jack cheese and then a layer of Cheddar cheese.
    Keep alternating layers until dish is at least 3/4 full, then add the beaten eggs.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven. Serve warm with salsa.
