Rose'S Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. bottom round roast
    2 Heinz barbecue sauce with onion
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Cover beef with sauce.
    Cook 1 hour at 425\u00b0.
    Remove.
    Cool. Slice very thin.
    Put back in pan with sauce and cook at 350\u00b0 until tender.
    Or mix all together in crock-pot for 8 hours.
