Fat-Free Fruit Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. wheat or oat bran
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. applesauce
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. fruit
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Egg Beaters
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 box butterscotch pudding
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Whip Egg Beaters.
    Add sugar, applesauce, milk and vanilla. Mix well.
    Add pudding mix; mix well.
    Add flour, bran, baking powder and cinnamon and mix well.
    Add fruit to mixture and fold. Pour into greased (Pam) muffin tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
