Dinner Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rotini
    1 qt. head lettuce chunks
    1/2 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, thinly sliced (2/3 c.)
    6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    Cook rotini as directed on package; drain and cool.
    In a large bowl, combine lettuce, bell pepper and onion.
    In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil for 1 minute, stirring continually.
    Add pasta to lettuce, pour hot dressing over all.
    Toss until well mixed.
    Makes 12 servings. About 120 calories per serving.
