Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1-1/2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, persimmon pulp, and vegetable oil.
    Add flour, cinnamon, salt, soda, and nuts.
    Pour mixture into a 9-inch greased and flour bundt pan.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Dust with powdered sugar.
