Bagel Croutons - cooking recipe

6 to 8 (soft stale) croutons
1/2 c. canola or corn oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry basil
1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cilantro
1/2 tsp. salt

Experiment with various bagel types; pumpernickel is really good.
