Zucchini Parmesan * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large zucchini, sliced
    Louis Abate's spaghetti sauce
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. bread crumbs
    oil for frying
    Parmesan/Romano cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip a slice of zucchini in egg, then bread crumbs.
    Continue until all the zucchini is breaded.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the zucchini until golden brown.
    Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
    In a baking dish, layer with spaghetti sauce, zucchini, onion and cheeses.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
