Chocolate Zucchini Cake(This Is Different And Good.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten or 3 egg whites
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini. Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done. Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
