Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. herb stuffing mix
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Steam the cabbage for 10 minutes.
Combine hamburger, stuffing, rice, egg, milk and salt.
Put heaping tablespoon of meat mixture in center of cabbage leaf.
Fold cabbage leaf like an envelope. Put in baking dish.
Pour tomato soup over cabbage.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
