Norwegian Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. diced apples
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and unbeaten egg.
Add baking powder, salt and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in nuts and apples.
Pour into well buttered 8-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
